Accepting the shipment and taking photos will help us expedite the process of resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement. If you refuse the shipment, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can start to arrange the replacement.

Wall pictures are mostly packed individually, unless several pictures of a similar size have been ordered, so in exceptional cases they can all be in one and the same package.

Prints and prints are shipped in a separate package and not with other products in the same package. This is primarily to avoid damage.

Prints and prints are shipped flat in an envelope up to a maximum size of 60cm x 40cm. Larger prints will be shipped in a roll due to format and production.
